My e-mails to a hotmail.com address no longer are deliverable. They get all e-mails from other senders. What is causing this?

All of a sudden the e-mails I send to a hotmail.com address come back undeliverable. The recipient is receiving all her other e-mails. I use comcast now as my e-mail address through thunderbird.
