Where is the address book file for Thunderbird?

Where is the address book file for Thunderbird? I want to copy my Eudora addressbook into Thundbird. Import won't work because Eudora isn't running, I just have the files (.toc & .txt). I was able to do this with my messages. How can I do it with my address book?

All the Thunderbird info is in your profile. You can find this by going to the Help menu and selecting Troubleshooting Information. There is a button labeled Show Folder. The address books are .mab files. If you think that you can just throw .toc or .txt files in there be prepared for failure.

Open the .txt file in Excel or Open Office and then save as a .csv file. You can import this file type into Thunderbird.
