everytime i click sync it crashes and doesnt actually sync... then a notification pops out saying "loggin to sync" and then it crashes again.

yeah im with a lenovo vibe x2 .. firefox works perfectly in sync with my tablet but everytime i try to set up my phone the browser crashes and displays a notification " tap to sync to speeddemonpro@gmail.com" then it crashes again

HI speeddemonpro, In order to further investigate the crash can you please gather the following troubleshooting information:

  1. From the about:support page, please copy the raw data and paste it into the page. This will give the model of the android as well as the information needed on a bug in order to try to reproduce the crash.

Have you tried the following as well? This will test :

  1. Removing the account from the device and logging back in again.
  2. A new sync account.
  3. Disabling any add ons on the mobile device
  4. are there any listed crashes on the troubleshooting page? please submit them and copy the ids and paste them in the response.
