I have reset Firefox several times but it never stops it from stalling/hanging, not responding. It seems like every time I open a new tab it has to stall for 2 or 3 seconds. It happens all the time. I have the latest version, I have a very minimum of add-ons. Is there any remedy for this? Thinking about switching back to IE

Hello,

I need more information to help you answer your question. Does it just stop and freeze or does it crash?

No it doesn't usually crash it just hangs up for a few seconds most of the time when the browser is opened or a new tab opened.

Hello,

It could just be your computer it's self. Is Firefox taking up a lot of RAM on your computer while running/opening a new tab?
