I am using Linux Rebecca and an HP laptop. It has a built in camera which is sub-par to the Lifecam HD-3000 usb camera I wish to use. How can I change HELLO to recognize the USB camera?

Hi,

As of now, there is now setting for HELLO to recognize an external camera. Instead HELLO uses the deafult/installed camera in your computer.

Thank you. Using an external camera would be a great addition.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

I am glad to hear that your problem has been resolved. If you haven't already, please select the answer that solves the problem. This will help other users with similar problems find the solution more easily.

Thank you for contacting Mozilla Support.
