How do I move the "create a filter for this message" to the main menu, toolbar or hot key?

I am just starting to use Thunderbird and like to filter my messages. I've been using the "Create a filter for this message" off the Tools|Message|Create a filter for this message menu. It works great, but I'd like to customize my Thunderbird to have a button on the toolbar or a hot key to take me right there without all the clicking. I have a lot of messages to filter. How do I set it up? Thanks!

I think this add-on has one. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/toolbar-buttons/?src=search but there are so many. Have fun!
