delet multiple address in dropdown box on e-mail page

on the e-mail page, the box where you put the address in I put the first letter of the address and a dropdown box appears with multiple address of the same person all but 1 is wrong. I have gone to the address book and there is only one address there. How do I delete all the wrong address in the dropdown box? Thank You Herbalifeman

Locate those wrong email addresses in your address book(s) and delete them. Make sure to look in all address books you may have, including 'Collected Addresses'.
