We are relocating and have numerous e-mails archived on the desktop computer regarding the sale of our residence. Although Thunderbird is installed on the laptop we are unable to access the archived and sent e-mails saved on the other computer.

So you need to put them somewhere that both computers have access to. Maybe an IMAP-connected email account?

I'm old and not very computer literate. I have no idea what an IMAP connected email account is and wouldn't know what to do after that. Thanks for the try but it's over my head (duh) Thanks again. Victoria
