What means the error message: “There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/Heather/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html?”
I recently installed Thunderbird on a system that was running Windows XP and Outlook Express. I imported the Outlook Express messages to TB. The folders and files appeared to be correct and can be accessed as expected. However, an attempt to Forward a message draws the error message:
There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/Heather/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html
Is there a fix for this?
