^: that is probably because this report hadn't been submitted when the crash occurred (1354244189000: Nov 30, 2012). The report gets the gets the stamp of the current date when you submit an old report.
I will edit the post and remove it to avoid confusion.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
As a test, disable Avast.
You can check in the the Windows Control Panel if you can find "NVIDIA Network Access Manager" or "NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager" and uninstall this software.
I tried disabling Avast, with same crash problem. Also no "NVIDIA network access manager" found to uninstall.
Thank you

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.

I also double clicked first few crash reports not preceded with BP..hopefully the report was sent to firefox. Do you need all of them to be generated if not preceded with BP?
Thanks

Firefox version on my computer is 43.02
I previously updated lastPass ..and Rapport ..no change.
Crashing continues.
I still do not know why Firefox shows operating system is Windows NT5,
since this laptop is Windows 7 from the factory.
I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
Right now, I want you to do this:
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>.
At the top right is a button to clear all crash reports. Please use it.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
Fred,
Thanks for your help...This is what I have discovered. With FF open alone it will close properly. I opened a video to watch with Real Player. Closed FF and it crashed. Closed Real Player and FF worked fine. Opened Thunderbird with only FF open , read some emails and FF crashed when trying to close. Closed Thunderbird and FF worked well. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks

While still in Safe Mode,

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
After opening FF in Safe Mode, thought all was well with several attempts to close successfully then it would crash with or without anything else open. So there is a lack of consistency. I converted the non BP crash reports. I had also removed prior to todays reports as you instructed. Any idea from the reports or do I need to go through the 7 processes.
Thanks, Judge
Please wait for others to help.
It's strange that one of the more recent crashes is detected as a 16.0x version of Firefox. https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/repor.../71e2ebd2-8736-42a9-812a-d84052151231
Are there any crash reports that have been copied into the profile from another profile folder?
I might try updating to 43.0.3 and then starting Firefox in a new profile from the Profile Manager:Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
