I compose an email but when I send, a message opens telling me the file cannot be sent. If i send anyway, the recipient just gets a blank incoming email!
I have attached a screen shot of the error message and would be grateful for any suggestions as to why Thunderbird is unhappy and not sending the narrative written in my emails....but just sends a blank message to the correct addressee.
Oh...it seems the forum system won't load the .jpg .....frustrating...so I'll write out the exact message in full:
"There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/XPUSER~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html in the message. Would you like to continue sending this message without this file. "
Thanks.

Thanks very much Matt - just posted the line *\nsemail.html into AVAST and it's sorted! I wonder how long it will take AVAST to fix their system?

I doubt they will.... Anti virus programs cause more difficulties with mail than anything else. I sometimes feel we should get a subsidy from the AV companies for telling their customers how to change their software so it actually works.
