Windows 10 was constantly offering free download so I gave in and did so but I prefer windows 7 and want it back PDQ...any easy ideas please???

This is a Firefox forum, not a Windows forum, so we won't be able to help you. I would strongly suggest you try to take some time to get used to windows 10, as it will be supported by microsoft much longer than windows 7, meaning you will have a more secure computer for longer.
