I think that while setting up Firefox Sync on my second pc Firefox somehow uninstalled the theme I was using. I've been looking through https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/themes/ all day but I can't seem to find it again. Is there a way to do it?

This is just a possibility. Your link takes you to recommended (partial) themes. Perhaps you had a complete theme. On the line under the page heading you will see "Estensioni Temi . . ." If you click on "Temi", at the bottom of the small page you can click on "temi completi".

The Complete Themes link is also shown at the right hand bottom of the Get Add-ons page.

Do you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop as the result of using the Refresh feature in Firefox?

You would normally find these files in the Firefox profile folder when you install a lightweight theme (Persona).

  • lightweighttheme-header
  • lightweighttheme-footer

These files will be copied to the lwtheme folder and resized to fit your screen.

You can use this button to go to the current Firefox profile folder:
