When I used to click a report like 

   Reuters Investment Profile - IBI Group Inc

it used to open up in New tab next to it and I could read it right away. Now new tab opens up but closes right away and report goes to download. So I have to open up download and open report and asking me how it wants me to open up file ? I want to go abck so report will open up in new tab.

Is it a PDF? You could experiment with different viewers as described in this article: View and edit PDF files using Firefox’s built-in viewer.
