Firefox crashes
Firefox will crash when I open it up after turning on the computer. I usually have 3 tabs left open no more than that and it crashes. I don't always have youtube open when it crashes. I'm not sure how to fix this issue.
I have been having issues with Firefox crashing. I have a crash report but it is from 4/6/16 but Firefox is crashing almost everyday. This is the ID from the 4/6/16 crash ID: 3389adbf-6b73-4a08-8f5d-0e32a2160513.
Now I have Windows 10 running Zone Alarm antivirus and firewall-free editions. I have disabled Shockwave and the issue is still happening. I have ran Malware Bytes. This doesn't happen with Chrome or Edge; but I don't like those and prefer Firefox.

That is a problem with the Shockwave Flash plugin, but the crash report is from a Firefox 45.0.1 version and not the current release 46.0.1.

Don't you have a crash report from Firefox 46.0.1?
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and hardware acceleration in Firefox and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Windows Vista and later)

I don't have a crash report from 46.0; Firefox either crashes on start up or I have to restart the computer because ending task doesn't work. I have updated Flashplayer and we will see.
Update your Flash Player Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version: 21.0.0.242 Flash Player (Linux) Version 11.2.202.621
