When I search for an old email, the header of the email comes up however there is no body.

I get a link for the email and if I click on the link all that happens is it opens an empty search window. I am running the email address as a pop3 and if I go to the email on the exact date the email is not there. There are 2 of them and they are important emails that are hotel reservations, I never would have deleted them.
