From the moment I had the update to the 45.1.1 release, I cannot connect to my gmail account, although I provide a correct password. I keep getting the alert: Please log in via your web browser: https://support.google.com/mail/accounts/answer/78754( failure)

Could you help me on how to resolve the issue or do I have to go back to an earlier thunderbird version?
