I am tired of the buggy conditions of the beta program how do I get out?

Chosen solution

You can install the current Firefox release (47.0.1) to switch to the release update channel. That is how it works: you need to install a full version of a specific update channel to switch to that channel.

You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (47.0.1) in all languages and all operating systems here:

You can uninstall the currently installed beta version to cleanup the Windows Registry and avoid possible issues with leftover files if you will update to Firefox 48 once it becomes the next release.

Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
