I am working with a user who went to start her firefox this morning and received a crash report with this error UUID:

2d977146-3841-4daa-932f-bf8d52160728

I attempted to uninstall and reinstall firefox. To remove the firefox profile via the firefox.exe -P run command. There are no plug-ins. The version of firefox is 47.0.1. All drivers are updated. All malware and anti-virus scans came back clean. The crash occurs even when attempting to start in safemode.

Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated.
