The menu associated with the classic menu bar or the toolbar button?

What method of scrolling were you using before that stopped working? For example, mouse scroll wheel, trackpad two-finger swipe, something else.

The classic menu bookmarks has problem, the bookmarks insignia works ok.

Hmm, I can't replicate the problem -- the mouse scroll wheel still works for me on the "classic" Bookmarks menu.

Do you have any extensions that affect the menus?

Went to use the insignia again and no good either. no new extensions.
