You are obviously logged in on this support forum,   so,   would you tell us:   where is it that you are trying to log in   ?

I'm trying to log in to mozilla firefox brouzzer to get my emails. It doesn't tell me if it is my ID or password, just that it is incorrect info. The info is correct it just is not accepting it.

I've called for help,  for I haven't a clue   .....

There are many different email sites. Which one are you trying to log in on? Check the address bar in case you are not on your email site.

These generic addresses should redirect to the correct logon page for some popular services:

Yahoo: https://mail.yahoo.com/ Gmail: https://mail.google.com/ Hotmail/Outlook: https://outlook.live.com/owa/

If your email is from a different service, can you find its home page and an email link there? Let us know if we can help with that.
