I have several google apps for education accounts - a personal email, and a couple of "shared" accounts (for help desk inbox, department business, etc)

Can I use oauth2 to connect to two or more different accounts ?

I also had a problem where I set up one oauth2 account, using the email of the account in the account settings, but when it opened the web login, I accidentaly put in the login/pw of a different institutional account of a different email address... now I cant seem to clear that out of thunderbird, deleting the account did not help. How can I clear oauth2 tokens from y thunderbird install?

I am always surprised at the way users leap so eagerly into deleting accounts to fix problems. That would be a desperate last resort for me. ;-)

Try going to Tools|Options|Security|Passwords→Saved Passwords and delete (or edit) the passwords there.

To answer your headline question, you just treat each account as a separate thing. Google don't know or care how many accounts you have. You authenticate to each one independently.
