Now when I start my meeting I get a Add WebEx to FF screen, click on the button, and get the connection failure. I am having to run the temporary application to start my meeting. FF version 54. I think my previous version was 53 or 52?? What to do?

Problem solved. It turned out to be a missing .XPI file. I installed in extensions and life is good again.

Not sure if this is what you are talking about. https://support.webex.com/MyAccountWeb/supporthome.do Could you check that page and also the support. It is possible that they are not signing their Extensions and thus is Disabled in Firefox. I think this is more their issue than Firefox Support.

Thank you for responding. I did put in a support ticket to them, waiting to hear. The thing that is making me crazy is I just fired up the laptop I have to send back to IT and FF is the same version. And when I click on my Webex it works just fine. Same laptop model same FF version, two different responses.

Good, am hoping the will respond for you. You can try this https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes Am at a little bit of a disadvantage with that Extension
