What's your computer system and Firefox version?
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Options/Preferences -> General: Performance
remove checkmark: [ ] "Use recommended performance settings"
"Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.

Since your recent update I can not use FB. Haven't tried clicking in any other sites yet. Please review and help me. Very frustrating. I removed the check mark for Use Recommended and "Use hardware acceleration when available" popped up checked. Am I supposed to undo that as well? I am going to restart and see what happens. I'll let you know.
Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
