Good day, I have a problem with my FireFox all my personal access data are disappeared on the PC .. I'm connected with the FireFox on the mobile phone via my account on the phone are all access data still available how do I get this back again on my PC?

Synchronize I've tried several times Everything remains as it is ..

Could you please help me ?

Guten Tag, Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem FireFox alle meine Persönlichen zugangsdaten sind verschwunden auf dem PC.. Ich bin Mit dem FireFox auf dem Handy über mein Account verbunden auf dem Handy sind alle Zugangsdaten noch vorhanden wie bekomme ich diese wieder zurück auf meinem PC ?

Synchronisieren habe ich schon mehrmals Versucht alles bleibt wie es ist ..

I have solved the problem, I have disconnected the Sync Accounbt on the phone and reconnected, sync run and tata everything was there again.

If you have sync, and there is a problem anywhere, Shut Down Sync Immediately On All Devices to prevent the problem from spreading. Once the problem is fixed, perform the same repair on all computers before using sync again.

If you can plug your phone into the computer, copy the needed files to the computer.

You should get into the habit of backing up your profile folder to prevent data loss in the future.

There was an add-on that created backups and restored lost data, but it will not work in Firefox 57.
