In Safari, I can use keychain to find my passwords. How do I find my used password in Mozilla? In installing the mobile app, it is asking me to sign in and I'm stuck. Desktop Mozilla is working fine. Thx!

I see my history and saved logins, but my MOZILLA log in is not there. Not sure if it was "sync" I was trying to do, I just wanted the app on my mobile phone and it asked me to sign in ; ( It's on my phone now, so we can just leave this matter...I'll post again if I need further help. Thx for being there!

Are you talking about the sync password?

Type about:preferences#security<enter> in the address bar. Note: For Firefox 56+ its; about:preferences#privacy

Under Logins, Turn on Remember Logins. To check the passwords you have listed, press Saved Logins.

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
