YOUR SITE NO LONGER ALLOW ME TO MAKE PURCHASES IT BLOCKS ME FROM ALL SITES I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO ORDER. YOUR ENTIRE PROCESS TO LOG IN IS BROKEN AND YOUR PROCESS TO SET UP A NEW USER NAME OR PASSWORD ALSO FAILS EVERY SINGLE TIME IN FACT YOUR SHODDY SITE IS GETTING WORSE EVERYDAY IN EVERY WAY. I GUESS IT'S TIME TO GO BACK TO CHROME.

Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

Thank you.

First off the button DOES NOT OFFER HISTORY WHEN CLICKED SO THAT WAS PHONY INFORMATION AGAIN. INSTEAD I HAD TO GO TO HISTORY TAB AND THEN PICK CLEAR RECENT HISTORY. AFTER THAT YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AGAIN ARE ALL WRONG. YOUR METHOD FOR CLEARING COOKIES AND CACHE IS DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT. I DO KNOW THAT IN EVERY WAY YOU HAVE MADE YOU SITE LESS AND LESS EFFECTIVE OFTEN FORCING ME TO GO TO ANOTHER BROWSER LIKE CHROME AND IT APPEARS THAT I'LL JUST HAVE TO GIVE UP ON YOU. THE SHEER AMOUNT OF TIME YOU FORCE ME TO WASTE IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Thats for Firefox 56 and below. For Firefox 57:

  1. Click the Library button 57 library icon, click History and then "Clear Recent History"

How nice for you blame Ebay, Lovely Skin, and Levi's for ALL having bad websites. Then how come they all work with Chrome???? Try believing the person instead of blaming the person for a change. NONE of your solutions work period so go to something else and btw it's ALWAYS Firefox not any other browser that has ongoing issues
