We have 2 PCs both running Windows 10 and Thunderbird (latest version). My PC prints all TB mails apart from those Fwd from my wife's PC. Both PCs print normally in all other apps. When my wife prints in TB all her emails print in an extremely small point size. The same is true when I try to print Fwd emails from her. I can only conclude that TB is in some way altering her emails on receipt. Please help because we cannot print any of her emails either directly or by Forwarding.to me.

Thanks in advance.

She does not have the scale setup to display and print as she would prefer.

Select email Menu icon > Print > Print Preview This will display how the printed email will look. At the top: 'Scale' has option of % Increase the % to increate the font size. Then click on 'Print'

Thanks a lot Toad Hall. Your solution worked a treat. I can now print 'Wind in the Willows' properly. :)

I use Apple ver 45.1.1. I do not have a print preview pane. My printer is set for 100% but since the last upgrade TB prints e-mail in postage size along with all the x data.

Hi dennisQ This query was solved for the person who created this question. They state they are using Windows, not a MAC. There is no point in asking the person who created this query why you have an issue with a MAC. Emails are sent only to those following this question, that is the person who created the question and by luck myself who by accident failed to stop following it. Please create your own question so more people can see your question and you are more likely to get appropriate help.

My print preview screen has no scale option for a Canon Pixma MX922. As far as I can tell, this problem usually occurs when Thunderbird or Windows 10 does an update and then what was working just a yesterday does not work for a limited period of time. I printed emails a few days ago that printed perfectly and in a font that I could see. Today the small font. I did not change any settings so in some utility something else changed. I did look in Page Setup and tried Normal Size where it was set and then Fit the Page and then Scaled and nothing changed. The same thing happens with the buttons on the front of my Canon scanner. Work fine, then one day not work at all, then come back. I do not believe this is about individual printer settings. I think it belongs to the larger picture of coordinating functions between companies making upgrades. I understand that cannot be easy but this particular response did not work for me because it does not seem to be a setting in my printer. I would bet in a few days it will work again fine. Have a great day!

Hi, Support Folk: As I suspected, something changed again. After most of the day my print preview show small fonts, now this evening, the print font is just fine and I did absolutely nothing since last writing at 9:20 this AM. I guess it's like the weather - just wait a bit and you will get different weather. All good now until the next small print font episode. Sweet dreams to all!
