After installing the latest Firefox version I can no longer login to online banking. How can I fix this?

I am now getting the above message and would very much like to know why this is occurring and how I can fix the problem. I can log onto my ANZ acct using my phone so the problem is at my end?
Appreciate your assistance.

Tried that same link on Chrome and same login problem. So this would mean that is a site problem.
What is the link to the sites main page? Have you tried entering the site from there?
Sorry, meant to add that I have tried to login from that page. The thing is that I can't login using my laptop but I can login using the app on my android mobile phone.
I got to the login page with no problem. https://www.anz.com/INETBANK/bankmain.asp
Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?
If you use a bookmark then navigate to the web page starting with the main page or the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
I normally use a bookmark but have also tried a couple of times going directly through the banking website. I can get to the login page - https://www.anz.com/INETBANK/bankmain.asp -, but as soon as I type in my registration code and password I get the following message

I contacted the bank yesterday and was told there is no issue at their end as no one else has complained. Also the fact that I can access my account via my phone confirms this. I even thought that perhaps Windows Defender might be the issue so turned that off but again, this had no positive effect.
Grateful for any assistance you can provide.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
Just opening Firefox in Safe mode didn't alter anything. However, rebooting the whole computer in Safe mode with Network support, did result in my being able to access my bank account. Question now is, why? And, what do I need to do to have my "normal" screen appearance back but not loose access to my bank again...???
As a test, disable your protection programs. Is the problem still there?
Not sure what you mean. I am now able to access my account in this current safe mode. At the moment I am receiving a warning (bottom right hand corner of my screen) that Windows Security Center is not in service. Should I now reboot in normal mode again?
Yes, reboot. I just wanted you to see if the problem is still there.
What are your protection programs? Windows Security Center, Norton, Avast . . . . .
If you are not sure, ask for help.
Bitdefender antivirus - free edition (1.0.11.7 last updated 28-2-18) + Windows Firewall
Have rebooted (a couple of times) and switched both the above off, then tried logging into my bank acct again but no success. Then tried turning just Firewall off, followed by only Bitdefender but sadly still no success.
FYI - have Windows 7

I called for more help. This is getting a bit out of my comfort zone.
