I have just installed Firefox 59.0.2 in Arch Linux (using pacman) w/ KDE Plasma. I checked about:config and "mousewheel.with_control.action" is set to 3 (which is what it should be, I believe). For some reason, zoom isnt working with these controls.

Sorry to waste time here, but it seems to no longer be an issue. Rebooting my laptop seems to have fixed it.

100 Same value for x & z. And mousewheel.with_control.action.override_x is -1.
