Since this week's Windows 10 Version 1803 update, I can't send email from any of my three accounts. Emails show in "Sent" folders but recipients are not receiving them. Note: I have Thunderbird version 60.0b6 (32 bit).

When a copy of the sent message is in the Sent folder, the message has been sent. From that point on it not under your control whether the message gets to the intended recipient. When the message hasn't been received by the intended recipient, that isn't necessarily a problem of the sender. Having the recipient(s) check their spam folder would be the first thing to do.
