After the latest update, I can no longer delete specific cookies. How do I fix this?

Upon updating to 60.0.1, when I go to Preferences > Privacy & Security, I'm no longer able to see and delete individual cookies by clicking a link or button. The Manage Data button is grayed out and unclickable. There are definitely cookies stored on my machine. I've tried restarting but no change.

Solved it myself. Reset Firefox and that did the trick.

Note that this can happen if you are in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).
