I can't find the config editor by clicking : Tools > Options, select the Advanced panel, select the General tab, and click Config Editor….

Via Top 'Menu Bar' toolbar:

  • 'Tools> 'Options' > 'Advanced' > 'General' tab

Via 'Mail Toolbar' toolbar:

  • 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > 'Advanced' > 'General' tab
