All my booksmarks disappeard overnight

Good day

I have been using Firefox for a couple of months. All my saved bookmarks disappeard overnight. I did not make any changes to Firefox or my PC the last time I switched it off. Once Firefox is opened, it's appearance is the same as when you start using it for the first time, It seems it has almost "reset" itself or an update that has gone wrong...?

Please advise on how to retrieve my bookmarks if at all possible .

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 28.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.134 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Hi, you can look for a folder on your Desktop called OldFirefoxProfile if is not there then go here to see if you have 2 Profiles, your looking for the oldest dated folder :

If there is 2 :

They are in here in that folder :
