HI, that is a Outlook Issue, not a Firefox Issue. This is online Outlook is that correct.? Unless the folder was emailed as a Attachment you can not move the folder to your Desktop. You would need to make a folder on your desktop then download the contents of the folder 1 by 1.

Please consider using Outlook Help for such matters.
