A new Thunderbird window has appeard- I dont unmderstand a word of it???

I have been using Thunderbird for receiving and sending e-mails for many years very successfully.I have now received a very long message from you which i dont under stand I dont have a degree in computer studies- I just want to do simple e-mails. You now appear to have stopped me doing this ??? Why- I wll now have to spend ca $100 to call in an expert This is not acceptable= I need to send e-mails now. Please help now I mean NOW

I'm not sure who you mean with 'you'.

If you're referring to either Mozilla or Thunderbird, neither would send you an email. If you're referring to your email provider, please contact them.

This forum is the official Thunderbird support venue. If you feel this is not sufficient for you, it is entirely up to you to hire a professional to help you fix your problem. Be aware of scams though.
