Instructions I have found say to go to Menu->Edit->Preferences. My Edit menu does not have an entry for Preferences. How can I change the default browser for Thunderbird only? I do not want to change it for the whole computer.

TB uses the system default browser, but if you want to open links in a different browser, there is the Open With add-on.

Edit/Preferences is for Linux; on Windows it is Tools/Options.
