Cannot send, but receive OK
error message
Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent using Outgoing server (SMTP) send.xtra.co.nz for an unknown reason. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again. Checked these - see images
I've tried turning off the firewall & AV and every thing I can find on google which seems relevant.
The problem first appeared after a Win 10 update not long before Xmas.

The images didn't appear (they never do on a first post), so the recommended settings are: send.xtra.co.nz on port 465, SSL/TLS security, authentication = normal password, User name = full email address. To absolutely rule out 3rd-party programs, run in W10 safe mode and see if the error remains.
