I've tried to add Firefox to my computer. I entered my email address, a user name and a password. I downloaded Firefox to my iPhone. However, Firefox isn't in my applications on my computer, so I can't open it or use it. Please help me complete the download.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Are you having problems with the computer or your cell phone?

Did you get the full installer from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Did you run the installer? Any error messages?
