Windows controls gone after update
After updating to Firefox 65 the minimize/maximize/close buttons have disappeared. On hover the close button becomes visible, the others don't. They all work, they're just not visible.
How can I get them back?

Hello RickB12,
In case you're using a non-standard Windows theme or wallpaper : would you change it back to 'standard' and see if that will make a difference ?
If that's not it : Could it be that you're in Tablet Mode instead of Desktop Mode ? You can check Windows Settings to make sure ...... and if you are in Tablet Mode, change the setting to Desktop Mode.
Thanks, but there's no non-standard anything and I'm in desktop mode.

Instead of 'standard' I should have said 'Default' (sorry ....)
Would you please take a look at this tutorial :

I must admit that it's a mere stab in the dark .....
Thanks, but I think this is Firefox-specific, and I just realized I did not mention explicitly that the controls only disappeared in Firefox, there still there everywhere else. I also since found out they are not gone as such but have moved and are now overlaying the page top left, only they're not visible against white backgrounds.
Could you perhaps let me know the css selector(s) and what the position should be so I can add it into userChrome.css?
There are other things that need attention.
The System Details list shows that you have an outdated Flash plugin, current is 32.0.0.114 (32.0 r0).

You can find the installation path of a plugin on the about:plugins page.
You can download the latest NPAPI Flash plugin for Firefox on this page.

The regular control buttons are in the container.
.titlebar-buttonbox-container {}
For Full Screen mode there is this container:
#window-controls {}
