Hi ebagroup, the usual setup of Firefox's toolbar area would have a one-line Tabs bar on top with currently open sites, then a main toolbar with the page URL and common buttons, and then (optionally) a one-line Bookmarks Toolbar.
To turn a missing Bookmarks Toolbar back on, you can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and select it there:
- right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
- (menu bar) View > Toolbars
On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily. - in Customize mode > Toolbars button (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
To turn on the Bookmarks Toolbar, Menu Bar, or other bars, click it on the list. Does that work?
If you have a "vanishing Bookmarks Toolbar" that shows when you first start Firefox but then disappears as your previous session is restored, try the steps in my reply over here: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1256670#answer-1214583
