My HTC phone,n my husbands Phoenix 4, our emailshave been used to post things that we didn't post. Our accounts keep recieving inappropriate videos,texts,pictures n I want this stopped,n I want to deletemy facebook n instagram. We need to make new emails also.

This is something that you will need to contact your email service provider as well as Facebook and Instagram about. We will not be able to help you with this, but their support teams should be able to.
