I have two Thunderbird accounts. Because I am switching to Broadband under a new broadband service, I need to configure the new account with a new email address and a new server file, i.s., mail.[domain].net Rather than creating a NEW account and meticulously moving files from the old to the new. Is there a way to do this from the configuration screen?

You'll have to create a new account. Also make sure to download all messages you want to keep from the existing IMAP account to your Local Folders before you lose access to it. Alternatively you may be able to transfer messages between the existing and new IMAP accounts, however, using Local Folders would be the more safe way.
