Hi,

I recently had some problems with the email signature option for emails. In the past, I would include signatures at the bottom of my emails with the confidentiality notice, spacing and contact information; but now the spacing is all wrong.

How can fix the signature spacing without using Html code? Or, How can I set spacing in the signature with html code?

And lastly,

How can remove the following ( _ _ ) entry above my signature? The ( _ _ ) was not entered into the signature; possibly it's a separator included with Thunderbird.

Any assistance with these issues would be great.

Thanks,

The easiest way to make an HTML signature is with the TB message composer in HTML mode:

The signature separator (dash dash space) is automatically inserted so that recipients replying to your message omit your signature. It is standard practice with most mail programs.
