Hello, I have using Thunderbird for years. Recently it started putting mail I had been recieving into the bulk/junk mail folder. I have selected each email numerous times and told it was not junk. When I find in the junk folder I tell it that it is not junk. Then from the inbox I label it again as not junk. These emails are from legitimate sources, Rolling Stones magazine, USA Today and a few others. At first it was just USA today email, then RollingStone and now there is a total of 4 email senders that go to junk. I have told thunderbird at least 10 times on each email that it is not junk. The addresses are the same each time. If it continues my inbox will be my junk folder! I have done everything I can find online to do to correct this problem. Even sacrifice a pure white virgin chicken on my sacrificial Weber altar using pecan wood for the incense. Any ideas? Thank you, T

is it junk or bulk. Bulk is a yahoo thing and it would indicate Yahoo are declaring the mail as junk, not Thunderbird. Do you have a junk and a bulk folder?
