Can you make that top content visible if you temporarily zoom out the page ?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

RE: Did this reply solve your problem? Actually I did not use the suggested replies Common responses to solve the problem.... Apparently there was an 'UPDATE' to Firefox and it crashed AND NOT updated correctly. Thus, causing the JacquieLawson.com not to function/perform properly. Attached is what I recieved after I did a manual update .

During the first week only a limited audience will receive an automatic update in case of a major update. This is done to test for possible issues and prevent a lot of users from getting confronted with serious issues. So there is no need to worry if you didn't receive an update yet as it can take a week or longer to serve a new Firefox version to everybody. This is also to prevent the update servers from getting overloaded.

RE: "So there is no need to worry if you didn't receive an update yet as it can take a week or longer to serve a new Firefox version to everybody."

My issue was Firefox stated an UPDATE was done SUCCESSFULLY on September 25, 2020 and it WAS NOT! Additionally, the suggested resolution to solve the problem would not have been helpful or solved the problem. As the problem was solved by a MANUAL UPDATE. The new 8.1 version was installed, just NOT UPDATED PROPERLY/CORRECTLY.
