I am trying to watch udemy course videos on udemy. However the site is unable to play videos. Even on youtube i am not able to watch live streams for some reason. This problem was not encountered before. I use ubuntu os and my firefox version is 80.0.1

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
