Search Screen not Displayed post Upgrade
We have upgraded Firefox 68.6.0esr to 78.2.1esr and the upgrade appears to have worked, but when we start Firefox the search screen is not displayed. We cannot even get the OPTIONS screen to display. We can get the troubleshooting page displayed. When Firefox is closed it appears to leave 4 process's still running. Have tried to do a refresh of Firefox but we cannot get the search screen to be displayed. Any help would be appreciated.

I have been able to resolve the issue. We originally had Firefox installed as 32 bit and we tried to upgrade to the 64 bit software. We followed the support instructions to do this, and while it worked on the server we had (Citrix XenApp server running Windows 2016 64 bit) when we created the Citrix servers that users connect to the above issue would occur. Finally tried the latest 32 bit version of the software and it worked as expected, on the server and the Citrix servers as well.
Thanks for all your assistance, it is/was appreciated. :)

A bit more info. I can update Firefox to the latest non ESR version and everything works perfectly :)
Are there any errors on the Javascript console (Ctrl+Shift+J) assuming it comes up? Can you post a screenshot?
If the JS console doesn't come up, you can start Firefox from a command line:
firefox --jsconsole
and it should show.
Thanks Mike. Had to run the command line to get the jsconsole up. The results are attached

Thanks. I've talked to the dev team about this and a few more screenshots would help.
Could you post a screenshot of what you see when the main Firefox screen comes up?
Also, does right clicking on the screen work to show a context menu?
If you're interested, we can do a remote debug session and try to figure it out.
Thanks Mike, appreciate the help.
Attached is a screenshot of what we see when Firefox is loaded. Nothing happens when we right click.
The only other thing is that when we close Firefox it leaves a number of process's running and we have to use Task Manager to terminate them.
Am happy to try a remote debug session, but the time difference may make it difficult.
Cheers, have a good weekend.
