i'm developing a site locally, and firefox is caching the css. ctrl+shift+r and ctrl+f5 no longer empty the cache, so i have to manually empty the cache each time. is there a reason this just broke?

i installed an "empty cache button" extension and even that doesn't work. what is going on?

and now it seems to work again, and i can't think of anything i changed. i'd like to leave this open though, in case someone has a similar issue, or someone figures out a proper solution
