Hi, please see How to set the home page, and if you want to use the Firefox default home page, see under the heading 'Set your home page through Firefox options.' Once you have done that, if the search box isn't there, scroll down a little from 'New windows and Tabs' to 'Firefox Home Content' and select 'Web Search.' You can also add or remove any other content as you wish.
